This Return Policy governs USA AUTO PARTS LLC acceptance of returns
New Returns
Returns or exchanges of any item with the original purchase receipt or invoice must be made within 15 days for a full refund.

All NEW return requires that item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet the below criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged. Credit will be issued to the original payment method.
We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where:
1. The product has been assessed and found to have a what is deemed a major fault.
2. The product has been wrongly described.
3. All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
4. Product(s) must be returned in brand new condition inclusive of all packaging and accessories.
5. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed.
6. Authorised returns must received within 15 days of approval otherwise your return maybe rejected.
7. An order cancellation fee of 5% may apply for change of mind cancellations to cover transaction and administration costs.
8. Once an order is shipped, USA Auto Parts may offer a refund at it's own discretion, however all discretionary refunds may carry up to a 20% restocking fee and all return postage fees must be paid by the customer.
9. Opened and used goods are non-refundable.
10. Change of mind items are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
All returns need to be for the exact part purchased, in original packaging and in fully rebuildable, undamaged, condition Credit WILL NOT be applied until the part is received.
Shipping and Taxes
Customer is responsible for all shipping and taxes fees on returned items.
Warranty - 1 Year
Warranty must be made within 1 year from your date of purchase. We reserve the right to have the defective part inspected by the manufacture before issuing credit. If this were to occur, you will have to pay for the new unit until inspection is completed for the refund. Defective credit will only be issue if the part is determined to be defective. Worn, improperly installed, or damaged product are not covered under Warranty.
